Good Afternoon everyone, my name is Ainie Aluwi.

And my name is Mohd Khalil Omar

It is a wonderful and precious chance for us, to be your Master of Ceremony in this beautiful Monday afternoon,18th of August 2014 in our little gathering: “The 1st sharing session with the HR Pioneer and a little Raya Celebration.

Disisir diandam dengan cekap,

Potong rambut pelbagai cara,

Puasa sebulan sudahlah lengkap,

Tiba masanya  menyambut Hari Raya.

Kuih bahulu sudah tersedia

Ketupat rendang ada bersama

Tangan dihulur ampun dipinta

Agar ukhwah terjalin sentiasa

First of all, let us say Thanks to Allah, who has been giving us guidance, happiness, healthy, and mercy, so we can attend and participate in this event without any obstacles. Praise and salutation upon our prophet Muhammad saw the last messenger, the best figure of this universe. 

In this beautiful moment, I would like to say welcome to the distinguished invitees our HR Pioneers, to the honourable Dean of Faculty of Business and Management (Professor Dr Zaini Abdullah), Head of Centre for Management and Administration Studies (Dr. Hjh Maimunah Mohd Shah) and of course all of my beloved fellow colleagues.

We start this special occasion with the holy prayer seeking the blessings of the Almighty. Without further due we shall call upon Associate Professor Dr Roshidi Hassan to recite the prayer. Welcome al-fadzil Dr.

On this exceptional afternoon we have several agendas, hence allow me to read several sequences of our agenda.

1.     The first is the welcoming speech by the Head of Centre for Management and Administration Studies (Dr. Hjh Maimunah Mohd Shah)

2.     The second is the opening speech by the Dean of Faculty of Business and Management (Professor Dr Zaini Abdullah)

3.     Followed by a sharing session by Our Distinguished HR Pioneers. This sharing session will be a short 10 minutes thought on experiences and aspirations for HR Program UiTM so that what we can go to move forward… 

We will begin with :-

then, AP Rahimah Rahimi, AP TS Baharin, Tuan Hj Amaludin Mohd Rose, AP/Tuan Haji Abdullah Ghazali

4.     Later, AP Dr Normala Daud shall represent the current HR colleagues for a little sharing with the pioneers and all of us

5.     Then will enjoy a short multimedia presentation as we enjoy our Hi Tea

6.     The fifth  is closing  session where we will give out some small token of thank you for coming and photography session. 

1.     Well, to take advantage of the time, Let’s start this agenda by reciting surah Al-Fatihah together.

2.     Now i’d like to call up Dr Maimunah our Center Head to greet us all here today. Thank you very much to Dr Maimunah for the greeting.

I now call upon our Dean to give a few words for today’s event…

3.     Let’s keep on to the next agenda, that is the sharing session with our Pioneers .

5.     The last agenda as the final agenda is closing and prayer. To close the program, Let’s recite tasbih fikarah and surah Wal-Asri together.
